1903 P morgan with reflective surfaces. Had problems getting pics since it reflects all the light, and Most photos had to be taken 2 feet away ro esle it caught the camera and the clothes in reflection.

I am going to send this to NGC
What do you think it would grade?
    Thanks

Yes. It's very important to wear clothes when taking pictures of shiny coins and proofs that you post on the web.

Without making a big deal out of it. Instead of shooting down on the coin try standing it up against something on a table or counter ( I use a little box with my mouse pad on it for a black backround) Set the camera down on the table across from it however many inches you have to to have it in focus using the macro setting. With the light shining down from above and not directly on the coin. You can also take the shot at an angle for shinier coins. An easy thing to do with the lighting is to set a couple things up that you can drape an opened napkin over to come between the light and the coin. ( I build a little tent with 2 boxes of cereal)

Better shots are a must. Play around and you'll get it.

  4. From the first three pictures it looks like its been cleaned/polished.

I originally thought so also but according to all the coin stores it doesnt seem to be the case.
Anyways I am looking for a grade if you could give me your ballpark grade I would appreciate it.
