Yes, me too, but as I mentioned, it now has a new owner so fat chance of that unless it shows up in a slab for sale/auction in the future.
Assuming everything is legit, MS-65. It looks outstanding, only wonder like others why such a coin hasn't been slabbed by this point in time. If it's a fake, it's a damn good one!!!
I love how they take the pictures at the perfect angle to get the maximum sparkle, shine, and bright colors, and when you get it, its hideous, flat, and disgusting. Happens a lot with CW tokens & store cards... Kind of how they market diamonds with the best lights @ the store.
MS65 with awful toning IMO. I think it's real; look at the B of VDB. But I, like the other responders, wouldn't buy one that wasn't certified.
I think the administrator of Coin Talk needs to scrub the website and clean up the trash. This has been going on for the last couple of days. Referencing the extensive post above.
Guess. 65+. I think you get a little love on the grading for such a premo coin. Mark on shoulder is all I see
It’s considered a 1951 penny set I suppose. Usually though people don’t refer to those 3 as a set though. They just refer to them as having a 1951 penny of all 3 mints. You can get all 3 for like $1 depending on condition.
