I use the BCW brand snaps for quarters. Have not tried the ones for halves. I like them because they are easy to open and close, and one side is white and you can write on it like a flip.

If they are NIFC why are there 2 boxes released into circulation?
These didn't come from the mint, or, released from cherry picked mint bags
by collectors. Where are those rolls from? It's not Loomis right?
If you have an EBay store you could probably sell them by the roll as
Uncirc NIFC and do OK.

I picked up 6 rolls from the bank today. All appeared to be GCD P rolls. I opened one on a whim and it contained all GCD P quarters with the exception of a 1984 and 2000 salt river p.

is there any value to a GCD P in ms65 ms66 shape?

Today was half dollar dump day for me. I've had a bag of searched rolls sitting around for months, and I plan to look at and possibly buy a junky used car tonight so I wanted the "more portable" paper currency. Tellers always look at me like I am crazy when I deposit ~1K worth of rolled coin, but I do not care what they think

If I buy this car tonight, then I will repair it, sell it, and plan to pocket several hundred $$$ which will go back into my CRHing fund

 

Just got 6.00 worth of pennies from the bank last week. The teller said she did have some from a customer that was trading them in their Dad's old rolled coins for real money, still going through them, but first two rolls were 40's, 50's and 60's...I like my odds!

 

Picked up this weekends rolls to search. 4 boxes of halves and 2 boxes of nickels. Last time I searched halves was the first time I was skunked on silver. I lost count as to how many boxes I have searched but it that was a good run. Hopefully this doesnt happen this weekend.
