Is everyone ready for these next year to kick off the series, i cant wait to see the designs of these coins!!!
Yes-- Dont know if I am going to collect these in a dansco or if I will by these by the roll. The First quarter coming out the Hot Springs Quarter will get both D&P roll since I have relatives there. Poor excuse but it works for me.
I'm curious as to how many different finishes will be offered (proof, silver, clad, satin, business strike, etc). Also, how many different designs per year for how many years? Maybe there is a Web link that might answer my questions.
there will be 5 coins per year for 11 years covering all the states and territories, I will be collecting the proof and silver sets for all these
I plan on buying my yearly proof set and if I can get rolls at face value from my local bank....my kid cant wait to start filling an album though...
1937 National Park Stuff I'm hoping someone here will be grabbing the Silver Issues for these places. I have these US Department of the Interior National Park Service pamphlets and want to match a coin with each of them. Any help will be appreciated. Since these pamphlets were published in 1937 using "We The People's" monies there is no copyright and we the People can view them without fear of retribution of due compensation to be owed to some firm that owns our public lands.
I am actually looking forward to this series. I already picked up an album and am planning on doing a full P/D/S/S set, as well as picking up the P&D Mint Rolls for each release. I am probably going to pass on the silver 5oz 'hockey pucks'. In my opinion I only see these as silver bullion and am not interested in paying a government premium for 5 ounces of silver bullion.
Im actually not gonna bother collecting these like the Statehoods. Im sure there will be great designs but meh, they havent grabbed my interest. Its getting redundant.
