OK trivia (and hamburger buffs)...Who said, "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today"...? If I saw that burger with fries and a soda going by on a platter I'd offer $11.50...maybe $12 for it...haven't had a good burger out like that in a while...too long.

 

It's easily the best burger in town!

Eating a cheeseburger is fine, just make sure you eat it at least 6 hours before bedtime.

I inadvertently found myself doing what's known as 16/8 intermittent fasting during the covid thing. Meaning, I would only eat once or twice during the time between 11am and 7 pm.

As long as you avoid sugars, carbs, GMOs, processed foods, processed meats, dairy, bread, pasta, fast food, you'll be fine!

 

I'll assume there are no other Aussies here.. Where's the Beetroot and Pineapple? Lol.. Nice looking burger and sweet find on the nickel! (I'm assuming you've checked it and it's NOT a Henning)

 

Yum on the burger, and I have not checked for a Henning, what to look for?!
