A while back, I searched high and low to find a Type-B (proof) reverse of an Denver minted quarters between 1969-1972. I never found one, but did find a number (+/- 40) coins that really stood out. Here's an example. These are the best pictures I could get with my phone. Any apparent blemishes are lint...

Any ideas what this might grade? Are clad coins worth grading?

Thanks, but I'd bet some kid stoled it from his dad's collection because it sure don't have 65 years of circulation on it. LOL

Are my eyes playing tricks or is that some sort of collar clash you have there?

I like almost all the quarters but here is one of my favorites in my collection. Not only a pretty proof but also a doubled 1 in the date.

I like this thread potential. You could almost do this for any and all denominations, "50 cent Wednesday, Dollar Thursdays, 10 cent Monday, etc." Also, it is nice to see different designs for same denomination and what other collectors find attractive.

I only have State and ATB quarters in my collection (for now) so I will post my two favorite designs of these series: Oklahoma and Samoa.
