Bicentenial Clip?

I was searching rolls and found this Bicentenial half and was wondering if this is mint error....looks like it to me, but I wanted to ask the forum, and any Idea of value 55-56 cents?

Trends for clad quarters with 10% or less curved clips is about $6...
