I will add reverse images in the comments section, but I just wanted to know what’s happening here? I have a few like this. I noticed the letters were bigger than usual right away, but I just wasn’t sure if this was doubled, or die deteriorating, mechanical..... As usual- no clue here!
IMO it looks like Die Deterioration Doubling (DDD). More information can be found on this site: https://doubleddie.com/144843.html This is from that site: Many of the letters on your coin show this doubling on both sides of the letters.
