Hi all! So this Aurelian antoninianus was in the lot that I bought from Demos. It reminds me of this meme... Show me any coins you have with totally unrealistic faces!
Here Aurelian looks more realistic (although he clearly disapproves something), but the reverse is spectacular. Headless Victory crowning a headless Aurelian.
Even with the funky head, it's a nice-looking coin. It's better than those giraffe necks, those I can't stand.
