Doubled die or wrong design variety

I have a error 50cent proof 1963. I just not sure what would cause it. something is not right. does not seem to be type 1 or type 2. so possible doubling but it seems to go a different direction then suppose to.

Doubled die and types fall under the Variety Category not the Error category..

Proofs are specially struck twice so you most likely have strike doubling. IMHO
