I came across this while going through some coin rolls, and I am unsure what to make of it. I first thought it was some sort of minor die clash with one of the letters from the die, but now I'm starting to think that is probably not what it is. I'm hoping someone can help tell me if its just a shiny Zincoln or an actual error. I tried to get the clearest pictures I could, so sorry if some are a little fuzzy.

I mean it is a nice 1995 regardless, so I might just hold onto it because of that lol.

    Thanks!

It's hard to tell, but it might have been struck through a dropped letter . . . the R in PLURIBUS, perhaps?

Can you shoot a photo from a more revealing vantage point?

    It doesn’t look raised.

    It wouldn't be raised.

Do these help at all? I tried to get them to be as clear as I could.

I think it's a reversed 9. You can see where the top curve (inner part of the 9) ends before the edge of the rim, and a small indent below it where the bottom of the 9 would hit.

Great pics, btw @CaptainMac - I wish my microscope had such resolution!

Thanks for your input, that would make a lot of sense on the shape! Also, thanks for the complement on the pictures, I try and make them as clear as I can lol. If I'm being honest, the credit should go to my phone, as I just put its camera up to one of the oculars of my microscope and that's how I can get much clearer photos than the average digital scope.
