1866 English Penny -Error or PMD?

Hello all. While sifting through some world coins this morning I came this 1866 English penny.

Looks like this lady has had a rough life. I do see signs of what appears to be a broadstrike but there is so much going on with this coin I really don't know lol. Anyway I found it interesting and wanted to share it with the group.

What do you all think ? Error, PMD or a little of both?

I don't see anything that would indicate anything other than PMD, and a lot of it.
Give it to Aiden and tell him it's his allowance. LOL

 

I'm curious about this crack behind the bun, but it could just be some sort of induced lamination from all of the damage...

Cleaned to its death and damaged beyond recognition. PMD.

 

Looks PMD to me as well, with scratch.
