1986 Quarter error. Off-center and appears to have partial "8" and" 6" on edge. LIBERTY errors too.

    I have seen other quarters like this but not quite as smooth reeds worn down by vending machines use over the years. In this case I fully agree with Paddyman98 he nailed it (excuse the pun) with the hammering of the edge with a gentle tapping with a spoon or hammer.
