No, not a Doubled Die.

 

Oh, hey what about this I finally got a WiFi microscope so I’m looking at some coins but this is a 2011 P Roosevelt Dime, and I’m looking at YouTube jbcoinsinc and it’s saying it should have a full band but this one on the bottom band it looks like it was struck wrong or not all the way it’s missing the middle line is this a error and could it be worth something

 

A weak strike will cause bands to be filled in.
Wear or circulation will cause the area to look flat.
So, to answer your question no it is not an error.

 

Not worth more than $.10. What you see is die deterioration.
