Uncirculated 1973 Ike question

    This seems to be convex on the obverse, can feel a raise in height if you slowly run the back of your fingernail over it. Can this happen or is something else causing this?

    Ok, I’m seeing it now. It looks like Ike’s chin on the reverse above the wing also. I know this is for die clashes, yet it gives perspective.

    If that is the only time it has been seen, how likely is it that this Ike has the same issue. Some sort of exaggerated clash seems more likely after seeing the overlays.
    I am at a loss as to what it could be.
