These Morgan’s are from my father’s collection. What do you think of his grading? Obverse page 1 Reverse page 1 Obverse page 2 Reverse page 2 Obverse page 3
cannot tell from pics try individual, can't see luster through the plastic sheet, try taking out of the album (but not out of the 2x2) also handle these by edges not by the face/back (observe/reverse)
Good point! OK. i have posted larger images w/o the case to photobucket. Here are the links: Reverse http://i928.photobucket.com/albums/ad130/sparkyglass/Coins/largereversemorgan.jpg Obverse http://i928.photobucket.com/albums/ad130/sparkyglass/Coins/largeobversemorgan.jpg
That made it worse! We need individual pictures of each coin. I cannot tell any detail from the scans provided.
Sorry about that. Guess this is justification for getting that macro lens for the camera..... But i will see what i can do with one or two and the camera. Again, sorry to waste people's time.
You're not wasting our time, but I would like to make sure that you don't have a high graded coin in the mix somewhere, don't want you to sell, or think you have a coin that is cheaper than what it actually is. But honestly though, each coin would sell for around $20 each, give or take a few bucks, if they are in a AU or low MS condition.
ok. let us try this as a test of my camera abilities. I do wish there was a coin photography class in Seattle. lol SHOOT! I forgot to enlarge the things. sorry. will post again. So sorry.
ok. think i have it this time. By the way, I'm not looking to sell these. Only posting to learn more about grading, how my father did things and above all, to have fun. Thanks, Scott
Your pictures aren't that sharp, they are pretty blurry. From those pics, I cannot tell if there is any wear on the coin. I would say that the coin is AU for sure, but that is about all I can say
