I love collecting copper rounds. I’ve passed on a number of them as I refuse to pay $5.00 per an ounce just because it’s unusual. I don’t have photos by I do have 200 plus ounces of copper. To me, it’s low priced, different and interesting.

In other words: Go for it or Do it! And have fun with them! :)

Here's the only one I have, got it free at a coin show from Provident.

I currently have about 80 rounds 1oz, and smaller weights. They were selling them at local gun shows as the money of the apocalypse I have posted them on here in the exonumia thread.
https://www.goldenstatemint.com/1-oz-copper-rounds-bars/ has some in stock in all sizes. JM bullion generally has a good assortment.
Copper is going for about $4.50/pound scrap

More novelty than investment. 79 cents is a good price. We sell over 80 designs in the antique mall for $2 each. Trump coins, dinosaurs and coin replicas have been the best sellers for me, but military and zodiac have also been popular. The more variety the better. This month one person bought 113 (all I had in stock at that location). Remember, while metals are usually sold in troy ounces, these are U.S. ounces and are lighter.

LOL, you could say that... I currently have about 300 oz in 999 copper rounds, bullets and bars :) And it's mostly not for investment, I buy them for the designs, i have started to compile a set of most of the common US coinage designs and it is coming along pretty well :)

I really like the St. Gaudens rounds too. I plan on adding that one to my collection.
