Good find for sure! I have to look through mine. Broke a roll of the Tuskegee and (2) Delawares. My husband had rolls from their coin orders at store. At first I admit, “the newbie”, I said awww they are all new ones. Lol!
Love the Tuskegee Airmen quarter. I ordered two sets, one proof, and one uncirculated. They are definitely keepers, in my opinion. Thanks for the proud post.
I got a 2021 P Tuskegee Airmen Quarter in change from a store a couple of days ago. I also got a 2020 P and a 2021 P, all in the same transaction. No luck on any of the other coins that were in the change. I really like the 2020 & 2021 Dimes and quarters. I bought the 2021 Proof Set and the Silver Proof Set, and I really like the new reverse of the quarter. I did get 2 2020 ASEs and the 2021 W ASE. I got an email to alert me that I could get up to 25 ASE Type 2 and that they would honor my enrollment for the ASEs. It sounds a little too good for me. After I bought the 2021W ASE, I emailed them to see if my enrollment would be good for the 2021 W Type 2. The answer that I was given was that due to demand that they expect, they would NOT honor my enrollment. Now, did the person I got the answer know what she was talking about or that at the time of my email, they had decided not to honor enrollments for the Type 2 ASE W. I also have the S version and the Uncirculated version on my enrollment. I decided that I would only request 2 of the Type 2 ASEs so others would be able to get one. Another question.. I don't purchase the Bullion ASEs, although my father left me 6, of which, I gave 3 to my brother. My brother was in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, and his ship was hit and he was disabled. We got a lot more coins from our father and I gave him half. I don't know how much he collects now, but he has to do all of his collecting from a chair and a computer. We talk almost every day since I am retired. We talk about coins, models, and our grandchildren. Our grandchildren have also caught the coin collecting bug. He watches Coin Talk every day, but doesn't want to ask any questions. Thanks for helping my brother, Buddy. He just turned 70.
He lives in California and I live in North Carolina. I guess he thinks I know more than Coin Talk... which he is absolutely wrong. In truth, I haven't asked him. I will let you know the next time I talk to him.
First, welcome to the neighborhood! It would be best if you started your own thread and post good close-ups of the area in question in addition to full images.
Pam, it appears that you have blocked some private areas of your profile, so I could not discuss this with you privately. You've got to ease up on hijacking the threads of others. You've posted your nickels a few times in totally unrelated threads. Some people won't take kindly to this. I hate to be blunt, but I had no choice.
Not sure what you mean by others but was not my intention to interfere in anyone’s threads. So when one shows improper etiquette or terminology, all are confronted? I am assuming someone reported it. Just make sure others are doing the same. Thanks!
It sounds to me like you don't give a rats behind what others think. So, you don't think you're interfering by posting your nickels over and over in a thread like this one about QUARTERS? Keep playing that game and see what happens.
They were 3 separate nickels sir. I did not mean to interfere. It was a point of finding those mixed in a roll comparing to what others found. Yes it was quarters and apparently the ones I have been commenting with, can just say, hey Pam it’s about their quarter. I cannot believe I have been confronted in this way. How do I delete my name off of this site? Or please remove me.
They will not remove you. All you can do is stop posting. No reason for you to leave. Just stay on topic when you post and have fun.
Don't go @PamR . You can post anything you want over on my thread, and i promise, I'll be thrilled to see!
