20210518_185825.png 20210518_185315.jpg On the front side of this 2020 Vermont Quarter there is a circle with the line going right through the middle of the words. Would this be a mint error? The reverse side looks like it may have some doubling. LIke I said I'm a Newby and just searching for some info. Thanks in advance.

I’m a semi newby, but I am almost positive it is from the coin machines. I have posted several like that. But some experienced guys will tell you for sure.

Danomite What do you say uh-huh

It’s from a coin roller machine.

It’s from the machine that puts them into the paper rolls, like Danomite and Pam are suggesting. It was on the end faced out and when the edges were “crimped” well it was just in the way, poor thing.

Welcome to Coin Talk. I can't see any doubling on your quarter. Perhaps you you post a clear closeup of the area where you see the doubling.
