I recently inherited a coin and currency collection with U.S. circulated pennies from 1845, 1849, 1856 (the '5' in the date is askew), 1857, 1866 (3 cents--Liberty Head), 1867 (2 cents--shield), 1888, 1899, 1901, 1902, 1903, 1905, 1907, and 1908 through 1991, and 1994-6. For most years, there are 2-6 examples. The collection also holds uncirculated, mint and proof sets from the 1970s through the 1980s, as well as a few $1 Anthony, Eisenhower and Kennedy dollars. In addition, there are $1 and $2 bills from the '50s through the 70s, including a Canadian $2 bill from 1954. And, there are also 2 perhaps bronze or copper coins about 1" in diameter, each with a central 'dot' and what appears to be a star of david. These are in cardboard holders labeled 'Arab coins French Morocco'. Finally, there are some medals: a 1933 World's Fair 'Kelvinator' medal, a Spur Distributing Company 3/4 cent token, an old bus token from Tucson, AZ, and a couple of what are labeled 'Arizona Tax Tokens'. Am interested in knowing what in this collection may have other than personal value.
