I found these bills in circulation and thought they had neat serial numbers that someone might like.

Natalie, I edited your thread as Buying /selling/ trading can only be done in the "Classified " forums after a number of regular posts. Jim

The only one that might be categorized in the cool category is the 20102010.

As mentionned, the 20102010 is a repeater, and will hold a small premium (its circulated, so you'd be lucky to see more than $5-10 for it) to the right person, the others are spenders.

I like the 2010 note as well but being a
circulated note and having some condition
issues the premium would be minimal as
most seek uncirculated examples but still
    a cool serial number :)

The 20102010 is a four digit repeating note. That will carry a small premium.

The first one is what some people on eBay and Etsy call a "Trinary" note, meaning it has only 3 different numerals. While that may be true, it's only an attempt to enhance, or claim, a value for something that, in the true collecting worlds, has no real value. It also has a 'thick' or double-inked 7. Again, no real value except to the marketers on eBay and Etsy.
The next one is what is referred to, again on sales sites, as a Semi-repeater. It repeats the same numbers, but then, not quite, to the end. = Semi. No value to real collectors.
The third one is the only true 'Fancy Serial Number' you have. As you can see it repeats 2010 twice. That makes it a true repeater.
I won't offer a value because it would just be a guess on my part, but remember
"The value of an item is what someone else is willing to give for it at the time you are willing to sell it."
Plus, you already have some guesstimates of value from others here.

Remember, since your collection is your collection, you can keep anything you want and use it for what is referred to as "Show and Tell". Show them to your friends and tell them about what they are, or almost are. If those were larger denomination notes, I'd certainly spend them, but being only ones, it's easy to afford to keep them for now.
As possibly a new collector, keep the 'almosts' and the 'maybes' and the 'nearlys', until you find some 'fer sures' to replace them with.
    Everybody starts somewhere.
Good Luck and Thanks for posting on Coin Talk !!

I agree with both Paddyman and Aquaman : It is a Fancy Serial Number, but it is also a Cool Serial Number.
