Nice coin! I collect 10 centesimi. This kind of coins circulate many years, that's why it's easy to find them in very bad shape
The mintmark is a little tough for me to see, but I think it's "OM". That would be Strasbourg. Keep in mind that when the coin was minted, Rome (where Italian coins are made today) was not part of the Italian Kingdom ... Christian
