    I thought all '78-CC's are supposed to have the parallel arrow feather (PAF)?

    I think you found out your coin is not genuine. Check the post above.

    Fake, patina, denticles, and mushyness give it away. I could def see it fooling a newer collector/old people.

    @YoloBagels,

    What is a "numismatic specialist?" How does a person become one?

    Thanks! I might revamp it later on, but I actually got the idea from @Evan Saltis
    Someone who specializes in numismatics I suppose. It sounds a lot better than "Professional numismatist" which would be a straight up lie IMO. I believe anyone who collects coins to a serious degree could be considered for that title.

    My PFP was made by the owner of Polar Bear Pours when his company was still relatively small. He is more bullion-oriented so he probably saw that I post coins and put "numismatic specialist" at the bottom.

    I collect a lot of things, mostly antiques, but numismatics is my #1. So outside of coin forums it makes more sense.

    And completely wrong style mint mark . . . . .

    Nope, and it rings as it should when dropped.

    It's lightweight at 24.7 grams or so. Diameter is good, thickness is good. The denticles are not as sharp as they should be. They look like a coin with much more wear.
