It really all works. It's more about the time you have to deal with it. The most important thing is to start keeping records, Today.
I had a lot of fun just entering the coins and and grading them for the program. I also like how when you buy a coin it let's you log in information about who, when, where and how much so you can track that information later.
I'm not much for paying for software , RrrrRRrrr so that's why I'm still using Excel to keep a record of my collection. I still keep an eye out for coin magangment related torrents but I am yet to find one. On a side note ; coin books are rare on torrent sites but I still foin the Kause books 1800-1900 and 1901 on . and many books on ancient / medieval

If it's in China, it's probably stolen and/or fake. The Chinese Excel will say your $10 gold coin is only worth $5.
I use a record book, and pencil. In today's age of computers, spyware, viruses, THEFT OF INFORMATION, or worse, to keep any such recorded financial information online is inviting a problem. But to each their own. MY suggestion is, do it the old fashioned way.

Does anyone know if you can use Currency Manage with foreign currency as well as U.S.? Right now I'm using My Collection Explorer which the format is really good but the program itself isn't real great.
You need to click the download button at their webpage. They should have given you a Key number when you bought it.
