physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I don't understand your question? All proof halfs from 1957-1963 (and most of the 1956 halves) are all type II.

A 1957 MS type II? Do you have pictures and documentation? They have been rumoured to exist, but no Franklin expert I have talked to has actually ever seen one.

The "Franklin Half" - minted between 1948 to 1963. The coin pictured Benjamin Franklin on the obverse and the Liberty Bell on the reverse. A bill rushed through Congress after the assassination of John F Kennedy, nine years before the design would otherwise have been eligible for a change. caused the Franklin half to be replaced by the current

    I think you can see a '59 in this thread - http://www.cointalk.com/t82082/

Never heard of a '57 existing myself.

I know all about the Type II - I wrote an extensive thread on them here: http://www.cointalk.com/t72184/

Which is why I was so excited to hear about a 1957. Apparently he sold it to Tomaska (which lends it great credence). Unfortunately, he does not still have the documentation or pictures.
