I'll start her off at PR66CAM. But something funny's going on across her jaw. I won't pin it down as rub, necessarily, but it's covering her pretty noticeably, there. Could be a small stain of some kind from a spill of something or other, can't rightly say.
It looks like a slightly cloudy Cameo Proof. You never know if the TPGs will call them "Cameo" or not. The application of the term seems inconsistent to me. It's a nice coin, but I prefer pieces that are original like this one. You coin has been dipped, but many collectors prefer that. This one is not graded Cameo Proof.
H'mm. I'll say it graded as a PR-63 CAM. It does have that odd discoloration on the jaw that I don't think is really a circulation rub but which which does knock the grade down. There are a couple of non-trivial marks on Liberty and hairlines in the fields and devices. I think the coin is still market-acceptable but that's why I gave it a 63.
