    Hello everyone,
Today I did a 5 hour Metal Detecting hunt at 2 new locations.. Owl's Head Park and Leif Ericson Park both located in Brooklyn NYC.

I was sure to find myself some more US silver coins but I didn't.. :(

I did find a no date Large Cent.
I need help with this one. ID needed!
These are the best pictures for everyone to see..

And I detected a clump of chains in one spot!
They were all tangled together. It a while took untangle them. All 14K..

That large cent could certainly use a nice prolonged distilled water soak.

Park maintenance is saving money and thus, happy to see p98...he moves so fast from side to side, they don't have to mow the lawns....nice loot!

Do you cash in the clad?
And better report those chains to the cops, looks like a snatch and grab of three chains ditched to hide the evidence. The crime rates in ny are terrible, ;)

Good golly, how much gold is that?

If I turn the pareidolia suppressor all the way down to 0, I imagine I can make out a "4" followed by a "3" in that first image. But I guess that doesn't fit with the rest of the image.

So glad you got out. Recovery must be improving. Love the finds. Those gold chains must be the stash of a thief who was about to get caught. Lol

    As usual, great finds!
