It's clear that the upset rim in that area is gone. The rim is now flat.

@ldhaid that is still not damaged as it's the same all the way past the area I have bent the metal up to see the underside Tue May 04 14-22-02.jpg

    1stSgt22 I'm just me!

The way the amount of copper showing tapers off, I think it took a hit that peeled back the outer layer and bent it over the 6. JMHO!!!!! Definitely think it's PMD!!!!

Call it what you want. Ignore the opinions posted. It's your coin.

I'm not an expert, so that was just my first impression when I saw it.

The first set of photos, and the last, show
    damage on the rim/edge area.

Based on those photos, it's not a lamination, not
a rim burr or rim fold, etc.

    It's damaged.

    UPDATE @paddyman98 @Fred Weinberg
I sent this in to see who was right! it cost me 50 bucks+sh. it came back as code 83 Peeling Lamination!!!!! witch is a planchet error and not PMD as you all said it was... ppl on coin talk claim they will pay grading fees if it comes back an error so who is going to buck up? this is an error as it's a planchet flaw...if anyone wants to pay you can send it to PayPal @Raizac002 you will see the same icon tag that I use here on coin talk PXL_20220126_220119389._exported_885_1643234633081.jpg

PCGS and other Grading/Attribution companies are not perfect. They sometimes make the wrong call.
But that's not even the case for you coin..
Clearly they didn't attribute it as a Mint Error. Funny how they didn't slab it o_O
Never heard of what they think it is and I'm not convince of anything.. that's no error in my book

That's because peeling laminations are boring :yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn:
    Not an interesting issue anyways.
The body bag does not state Mint Error. I'm not shelling out anything. Too bad.

Hehe.. I don't know what to think of it.. I do know that I have seen PCGS body bag certian minor errors that they don't slab but they will still put MINT ERROR on the label. So your coin is up in the air IMHO
