Weird dime

sorry, didnt mean to cause an uproar, i didnt plan on selling it on ebay or anything, so, just because someone suggested it, dosnet mean i plan on doing it, as for flinging it out a car window, i dont think so, that like saying throw your mint proof 1909 s vdb out the window because its crazy to sell it for $5000.. now thats wrong, selling a penny for 5 grand.

I could obviously tell that you weren't going to ebay it, that's way it was "a joke" but oh well. To each his own. Maybe you could take a couple more pics of it with more light this time to check out those reflective surfaces and does it have a obverse? Any markings on that or is it unaffected by the damage?

 

the obverse is normal, and the coin, as stated is in my fathers possession i could see what i can do.
