    Agreed don't know the mintage but the proof versions are only around 500k so I'm sure the business strikes will be around that range which is an incredibly short amount for this time.

    Oops, my bad. I thought the very shiny S mint mark was a non silver proof. That's why i come here, so you young whippersnappers can educate me, lol, thank you!

    Yup keep them with a mintage of under 1 million(lower than w's) and there condition keep all you find.

    The middle one appears to be an impaired proof coin. The fields of a proof coin are generally mirror-like compared to most coins.

    I think seeing the S mint mark is more rare than the W. Only found three S this week, lol

    I agree the middle one looks like an impaired proof washington is very white and frosty.

    I had no idea to look for S mint marks too. Oh no, this just gets worse and worse! All i can think about now is, how many I've missed all these months of not knowing what i was looking for, other than sliver!

    Was given a carafe container, half full of wheats, what look like clad Kennedys and clad Ikes, maybe a '43 steel or two.
    This sounds silver, and tastes silver, but the reeding is too dirty to tell. It's silver, right?
