A friendly warning to new Coin Collector's and new CT Members. I'm sure the more seasoned members can attest to this It's understandable that with any new interest or hobby comes a euphoric rush of excitement and dedication. A desire to aquire and know all you can about your new found hobby. But when the Coin Talk Bug bites lookout! The effects seem to be compounded and in some rare cases some slight physical or psychological changes may may temporarily take place. Below I have compiled some evidence showing the most common signs and symptoms of CTBS (COINTALK BUG SYNDROME) The symptoms usually come on rapidly soon after joining Coin Talk, so be extra vigilant especially at this time. Exhibit A When your kitchen counter turns into a Wheat Penny processing center. Exhibit B When you find your son posting at all hours of the night. Busted! Exhibit C When you aquire that crazy look in your eyes If you exhibit any of these symptoms chances are you have been bitten by the Coin Talk Bug. Please do not panic remain calm and seek assistance from other CT members. They can walk you through it. Be safe out there!
I exhibit symptoms A and C. I do not have a son so I cannot exhibit symptom B. I have CoinTalk Bug Syndrome And damn that's a lot of wheat pennies!
I almost had a meltdown twice her on Coin Talk . Once when my Internet went down and once when Coin Talk was down .
Aiden found every roll I had lol. He has been going through them for about a week now and definitely showing signs of symptoms A, B, and C
First of all, weren't you the one who gave Aiden those rolls? Second, if so, it's your fault, and you have to fix breakfast every day until the mess is cleared. PS. Buy him a flat-cinch stapler before the countertop gets too many scratches on it.
Lol Yep you have definitely been smitten by CTBS! But admitting to your WPPC (wheat penny processing center) is the first step towards rehabilitation
