Hello Everyone. I have several Indian Head Pennies that I would appreciate some opinions on. I have been adding some new graded slabbed IHP's to my collection but have about 20 raw coins that I would like some opinions on the coins grade. Some of them show signs of an old cleaning but most are in very above average shape. Let me know what you think and please voice your opinion if you believe I should have the coin sent in to PCGS to be slabbed/graded for preservation. Thank you for your time and I hope you enjoy the coins. Cheers, Eric the Red IHP#1 1906 PR
Beautiful coins. You may get more replies if you broke this up by giving each coin it's own post. Just my humble opinion as others may prefer it as is.
Thanks Thomas. You are probably correct but I didn't want to clog up the boards with so many threads/coins
This should help. It isn't ideal, but is helpful with the basics. It displays the top grades first. Scroll to the left for the lower grades. https://www.pcgs.com/photograde#/Indian/Grades
Wow! Here is a series I just can't seem to grade even close. #5 blew me away, so I will not hazard any guesses and embarrass myself. Good luck with your replies and recommendations.
IMO, Every one of those is a candidate for low/mid MS, I'm a sucker for a beautiful IHC's and these are simply gorgeous!!
