I picked up a new coin for my Third Reich collection yesterday. This is my first silver piece. It's a 1938-E 2 Reichsmark. I would call this coin MS63.

Where do you see the wear? I don't see any and I bought this coin from a well known dealer in German coins and I trust his grading.

If anything, I might say 64. 63 is a safe bet, though. Great TR piece! :thumb: My only example of this denomination is XF-AU. I really should upgrade that one.

Camaro everyone has an opine... I like the coin a lot, but i seem to detect a bit of the hair worn. i could and may be wrong. At any rate yours is better than mine. Traci :eating:

I know everyone has an opinion...I was merely asking so I could take a closer look at the area you see wear.

Based on what I can tell from the pic, there appears to be no wear. -Preussen

In hand, the coins shows no luster breaks. I believe it to be MS as well.
