That is a super cool medal. Like it! Aluminum, or white metal? I dug a Royal Tailors medal while detecting the sidewalk in a Victorian neighborhood once. It was copper, brass, or bronze. Same general era. Not quite as large. Had a cool lion on it but not as nice as the one on yours. Your thumbnail, on the other hand... well... that’s one reason I often wear white gloves. Not so much for the coin, but to prevent people examining my fingernails and such. I would never make it as a hand model.
