You have to be careful either alluding to or telling a bank/credit union you own or run a business as they could go on at you about having a business account and paying the accompanying fees that come from being a merchant. I think you'll be okay from a dumping perspective but I'd tread lightly going forward with telling them the coins are from a laundry mat you run or own. Now if they think it's past tense like the laundry mat is no longer operating I think you'll be fine.

Whenever a teller asks why I want a lot of coins or bills (as they like to refer to as "making change") or bring them in to exchange into another denomination I always tell them it's either for personal use or I'm a collector.

On a very rare occasion they'll ask if it's for a business or they'll clamor how they need said coins/bills for their business customers but generally they are still almost always very accommodating of my request(s) knowing I'm there for collector purposes or for personal use.

As expected my 2 cheapie rolls of wheats (2 for $15) were "stacked" rolls... not a bad mix some teens and 20s and 3 ICH and a 43 steel in each.. the mix was just too "even" in my book for random rolls... but that's what i expected (on a side note got a nice 1914 f/vf better then the one already in my album not a D but a nice coin.. won't buy any more from them, but will give them an A for effort on the rolls...

    Way to go @Mark68 !
Those new quarters look great. So glad that George's bust isn't flat like it has been for the last however many years.

Wow neato! Hope Meow gets paws on some soon. Will there W quarters for those too? Either way Meow would love to have a few dozen rolls for this Cat's OBW roll collection.

Nope no W's Meow. W's only lasted 2 years 2019-2020. Program ended much to my dismay.

Picked up my restock from the bank today. Little worried about the pennies. These have been rolled by the bank. I know there could still be finds in them but I just get leery when I see them. I peeled open one box of the halves today. 2 40's, several NIFC's and a couple decent other specimens. Otherwise, this box of coins was just dirty. Majority of the coins were scratched something awful or marked with a sharpie.

I miss those nickel and cent boxes. I keep them to put my filled rolls of wheats and stuff in. Haven't seen any here in ages.

    Good luck!

I see roughly 30,000 coins a week, at high speed. This was over in less than 5 minutes, lol. I believe these were the cast offs of a CRH. Nothing to even take a pic of.

If I remember correctly, nickels from 68 to 72 were produced in SF both as proof and business strikes.
