I got a wheat cent today with verdis on it, even though it was still red. I tried to use acetone on it, but as expected, that didn't work. Look at this oddity
Not trying to be rude but I don't get it . Did you try Verdicare ? I never used it but it seems promising .
Not trying to be mean here, just giving advice. They are old, well circulated pretty common wheat cents. Have you ever given any thought to using an old soft toothbrush and some water to clean them up? It's not gonna hurt their value really but might make them more bearable.
