It was a hoard of Morgan dollars: NGC Certifies the Battle Creek Collection of Rainbow Toned Morgan Dollars *Touche T$, lol.
I'm about to own a one of a kind 1937-D 3 Legged buffalo nickel so I may have to say that is my favorite(Even though I don't have it yet!)
I'd have to say my top 3 favorites right now are these two, which I picked up at the same show a couple months ago. The 38-D/S has incredible color to it and it is the one in my avatar. ...and this one that I just got recently as well: While I have many more that I think are very attractive and some that are more valuable, these three I think are...hya: Maybe my favorite pickups since getting back into it. My toned Morgans don't fall far behind.
I love those. The set is on my list for coins to pick up someday. I want one example of each variety...period and no period.
I personally give my full support behind this thread since I was the original creator of the idea of posting your rarest dream coins or the coins you own that are the rarest in the world(if you have any). Treasure and I have had issues in the past, but I'd like to put those aside and give my full endorsement to this beautiful thread. Thanks for re-inventing the idea, Treasure. I can smell this thread being a hit
Showing a change is most admirable. As long as you mean it, there should be no problems, between the two of us. Now, onto that 3-Legger you are going to buy...what makes it a one of a kind?
Joe....dude, that is not your style. I have a few Presidential dollars here for you. Send that Ancient coin (which for some reason displays Washington) and I'll send you those. stainless
