It could be but I'm not seeing it. If you go to FORUMS, then scroll down to COIN CHAT, then hit CREATE NEW POST you will then type the thread title, your question or statement about the coin and post the photos then hit CREATE THREAD you will get a lot more responses.

It was minted in Philadelphia. You have one of the over two billion they minted.

 

The date looks to have it appear behind it just wanted to check. And this is a 1984 D quarter looks like a spiting eagle.

 

Can't tell from that angle. Something is there but it fuzzy really fast when I enlarge it.

 

@Thomas Holloway ....you need to create 2 new threads. One for the cent and one for the quarter. Stop posting to this old thread. Be sure to include close-ups that are in-focus.

I just found a 1966 DDO and DDR on the same penny.

 

The thread started here is from a member that distorts known images to make them look different.
It would be best to start your own thread with photos of your coin.
