You really need to take better pictures when asking about RPMs or doubled dies. Good lighting and good focus are a must!
For good pictures putting your cellphone on top of a soda can can help keep it sturdy, tap the coin to set the focus, zoom in just a teeny bit, and you'll be golden. that being said, from the pictures provided I do not believe these are coins struck with a doubled die.

I believe you may not see it well and your mostly expert in bullion coins specifically canadian and not modern US but yeah thanks for the tip on soda can which I did its because I did have my loupe for a clear pic
