    Just so hard to tell at all, but I've got to lean towards PMD

    It's an error. Looks like either a struck coin or a blank planchet was in the chamber with the coin during striking. It's either an indent or a brockage depending on if there is any design transfer in the effected area. Most likely an Indent.

    It's an error it's called an indent it's not Post mint damage it was done at the mint

    yes, it's worth keeping. Mark the 2X2 with the date and that it is a "slight indented strike"
