I hear ya Daggerjon, got my eye on a couple of 2 centers but then I'm done for 2009. Something to do with the red ink on my coin budget ledger. My accountant is getting on my case.

 

I know why they haven't sold out. They left a zero off 50,000 limit.

 

They set the rules and you think it is a "trick" for them to cancel all the orders when someone tries to cheat and get around the rules? Seems fair to me. You don't abide by the rules, you pay the penalties.

 

it might take four days to a week before it can be sell out. that is my estimate.

 

One more here. Just ordered it and my order number was 33224xxx.

That is about 66,000 by the order number (which aren't completely accurate). I hope they are keeping track and will shut it down at 50k instead of getting our hopes up and then canceling everything over 50k.

I got 4 sets yesturday so you can add me to the list

all 4 different billing addresses so we'll be waiting to get them I plan on dropping 2 sets on E-bay if I can get a $250 - $300 each if not then I'll wait til they hit that number or higher

I put in an order when I saw all the hoopla going on in here. My number is 33226xxx. I put this through this afternoon. Maybe they are letting people order even though the number is over 50000. This doesn't mean if my order was over 50000 I will get it. My guess is that the system may not shut off at 50K and those over the limit get a nice letter telling them "thanks for playing the game".

 

Well, I have two ordered and they both appear to be in the good zone (3318xxxx and 3319xxxx). I don't understand why someone would pay $200 for them on ebay when they are still open for sale on the US mint website.

I have a question. Does anyone know if I could use a prepaid visa in my wife's name and a ship to address of my work to order more than one item the next time? I dont ever want to sell mine but it would have been nice to have an extra in case these prices really do go through the roof!
