Thanks!! Where does the US mint ship to? Only US or where to??

I just relezied that the It from US and I'm from Canada!! Will they ship it to me??

Yes they ship to Canada and many other countries, it costs about $25 for shipping. If you want to pay by check call the 800 number and ask, good luck!

Yeah you an me both!! I'm sure with a limit of 50,000 the US mint will give their quality assurance a little more time to view these sets than normal. I would hate to get a spotty pak because whatta ya gonna do with it? Send it back? As long as that dollar is alright and at least 2 pennies. I will have to keep it besides even if I don't want it I can sell it, I think. :kewl:

Ha! You think? Don't bet on it. Especially with a ship date not far away. They'll just insert that disclaimer for you to savor... :hammer:

 

I decided to take a chance and wait until 4pm EST to attempt to order. I figured either one of two things were going to happen. 1: They would be sold out, 2: My order would go through.
My order went through so I guess all is good.

I ordered two at 2:30 PM EST (one for me and one for my girlfriend). It took about 15 minutes but I think I got into it before the sell out. My fingers are crossed.

 

The mint has taken about 45,000 orders since this set went on sale and there are only 50,000 available so it should sell out soon. Not all order are only for this but it must be getting close.

 

How do you know this? Can you provide a source for this data?

 

I got my order in just now. No slow downs at all. Now, 'will the Mint honor the order?' is the question and answer to come.

 

will they accept an order for two if there is a limit of one per household. I couldn't understand why it would let you put in an order for more than one if they have a limit. I put in an order a few minutes ago if I get it great if not oh well.

 

I foresee this item being a great item to flip, that is for sure. In my opinion people will go bananas over this item, and when they cannot get it right away at mint price they will pay huge premiums just to get them. (Kinda like the penny madness earlier in the year)

I've already checked! It is crazy! Most I've seen them sell for is a couple cents less than $200! And now I see some listings at $250! INSANE
