but you better hurry!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280404323836&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
There have been two bids ! Someone is bidding $1000 for this thing - whatever it is. No pictures and a seller with zero feedback ! Somehow, my spidey-sense is tingling... :headbang:
Someone is just doing some eBay gambling... very little risk for the buyer if they use paypal and pay with their credit card. If the buyer gets a fake or no coin, they paypal should refund and if not they'll just do a credit card chargeback. But the potential reward to the buyer is huge if the seller is legit. That's a heck of a first coin to sell though
If by some chance there is a real coin on the other end of this deal, I would bet it is HOT and someone is just trying to unload it.
Could be any age (a crackhead?), but seems to be a stupid effort of a youngster to grab some $$ and run. If it was not such a hi-visibility coin, it might have worked!
Once again, I hardly see any clues directing this auction towards a young seller. I resent what you said, and would appreciate an appolagy towards youn sellers. Some of my best purchases and experiences have come from young sellers. I am sick and tired of hearing poor generalizations geared toward young collectors. We can be, and many are better sellers then any older collectors. This is now the 3rd time in the last 3 weeks I've read something on this site regarding it. ENOUGH! my reputation, and that of other young collectors on these boards, speak for themselves. Proper grammar, punctuation, and on topic posts just like everyone else. Why do youth continue to be picked out of the crowd? -Regards, Shawn
