The first one appears rather close in serial number to the one I own from the New York district. Actually when I looked at my image it is B00325364A.

I noticed the same between the two notes...they are only 874 notes apart...appears to be 30 Graded in 65 by PMG..not sure about PCGS yet...I need to renew my membership...Great note SM!!

Mine was a bank reject, the tellers tell depositors of such items to take them to the B&M in town - he buys at above face value, good deal for person selling to him, then he sells to me, so a win win win situation. I had a lower graded Chicago district note that I then sold. I really do not collect these per say, but my kiddies like them and fantasize about getting one for Christmas etc.

I gave my daughter a brand new $100 for her twelfth birthday three years ago, she first asked "is it real?". She must have thought I would give her novelty money as a joke. She knows me too well.

It's an older PMG holder and states the Term EPQ on the back indicating the paper is og the highest quality.

On my way home tomorrow from Montreal, Quebec, CA
