    Whilst on a business trip in Vermont last week, I stopped off at Camelot Village in Bennington, VT and Picked up a bag of random coins for $10 and came across this Awesome Shilling, Which not only is the Lowest Mintage Year, but also a Variety:cool:

    The right side of the back doesn't touch the skirt and the line running down the center of the back is supposed to be a straight line all the way to the skirt, not a triangle at the bottom.

    Still not too sure what the differences between varieties are but I do know that I have a 1942 in my collection also :D Although your example is far better then mine.

    Condition does play a big role in the Coin Collecting world;)
    If your coin was priced as non variety, Fine grade, by the book it would be $4. I would value your coin between $10 to $15 myself though. So at ten times the value, it was a great find:thumb:
