I still like the Franklin-Scientist design...can't get enough of them :eating:
I recently bought ten (10) unopened Franklin Scientist Coin & Chronical sets for $237...(I opened one of them to make sure it still had the coin). ;)

need to produce more half dollar silver commemorative now instead of dollar. too many dollar and we are tire of it.

just charge $10.00 for each donation or surcharge and save 1/2 of silver needed.

Who is tired of it? I love the silver dollar sized commemorative coins and I this is the first time I have ever heard anyone complain about it.

I'm not tired of the silver dollar issues either, but I will say I agree with Elaine that the mint should issue more silver 50 cent pieces in their commemorative program....

I do too...I miss the days of the old 50 cent, 1 dollar, 5 dollar gold commemorative sets. I know those had clad half dollars...but there is no reason they couldn't do it with silver.
