New Collection Theme: Turtles

Hey everyone,

I have decided to focus my world note collection mainly on turtles on notes. I really love some of the designs, especially the sea turtles! So far I only have one, the Brazil 2 Reais. I was wondering if anyone here has any to show or can name some so I can add it to my list of notes with turtles on them. Thanks guys

I would suggest taking a look at the SCWPM. Even an older issue could be bought for less the $10 or so. That would give you 1000+ pages of notes .... I could imagine there could easily be a few dozen or so with turtles. I dont think i have many at all though

 

There's a turtle on the obverse and reverse side and the watermark of this note!

If you get the newer editions of SCWPM, you get a CD that is searchable. I did a search through the modern issues and came up with 20 or so with turtles on them (a fair number are the East Carribean States issues with common design on the front that has a turtle in it). If you don't have access to the CD, I could go trough and list them out.

About the only one I know I have with a sea turtle on it, a very colourful note:
