Long Beach Sept 2009 Notes

    Here are a couple that I picked up. Some are my specials ones (FRBN Stars) plus other rare ones and clean for the grades....

    I will show more when I can get the pictures loaded to my server.

    Charter 5152 - Colonial NB of Cleveland OH - Only Issued Brown Backs and this is 1 of 5 notes known. All are in this condition.

    Bermuda - 18b - 5 Shillings - none graded higher.

    FRN - Fr 1108 - 1914 BS Chicago $100 - Clean for the grade

    Encased Postage - HB-18 EP-33 3¢ Take Ayer's Pills (I know its round and was shiny, but they are hard to find and always with currency)

    Fractional 4th Issue - A delightful Dexter that is going into my personal collection....since I have been ignoring it for too long.

    Some of you know my affinity to nice Canadian notes .... I was excited to pick these up....just great designs and colors. There is more coming

    Wow, you been gone for so long.. and here you come back showcasing some very beautifull notes - i really love that Bermuda note ... not to say the others arent just as nice though :D

    I think the first one is notated wrong. It says mule but has a bison on it. :) Very nice!

    I'll second that one.

    For anyone that hasn't had a chance to see any of Jeff's notes in person at a show I suggest you do so if you get the chance. Some sweet stuff for sure.

    That eduacational note was on my watch list, was going to bid on it, but didn't want to pay tax, so i passed.

    I know its none of my business and I don't mean to be nosey, but HOW DO YOU DO IT?! Do you folks walk in with 1000 dollars in your pockets or do you bargain shop/trade? How much do you "major leaguers" spend on these items?

    Well I am not a Dealer as Jeff is and can not speak for anyone but myself...but building the collection I want is indeed expensive....this year alone I am aproaching the 45K arena.....
    Need to slow down thats for sure!

    2010 will be a slower year for me with only 3 to 4 major notes planned.

    Not in the immediate plans my friend...many Large Size Fish to fry first...LOL

    i still cant believe just how beautifull that vf20 buffalo is.... awfully clean for a 20 lol
