Yeah, especially that chin, it looks like it has a man's chin or something...really bulging out. Besides that it looks geniune, if not cleaned example. Nevermind, looks like my initial suspicious were wrong..here's a genuine one, same chin.

I think it's OK, but I am no eggspert. It is good that we are skeptical. Maybe the Chinese fakes will actually improve counterfeit and altered coin detection!
Lets just say as good as the Chinese fakes are getting, nobody would bet their house that it was real based off those pictures. They can only tell you it doesn't look like a bad fake. The honest answer is, it may be real or it may be a modern, very well done Chinese fake and it would take an expert to have it in hand and possibly study it under a microscope to give you any kind of definitive answer. Those pics don't/can't prove any kind of valuable answer for you.
