Without looking this one up it is yes. The classic weak in the center look says it all for me.

 

Do these tend to bring any premium?

 

In a MS-64-68 grade it will. but Au-EF maybe $5.00?

 

Yes, this is a 1MM-002 DD west and at MS 65 only $8.00. Can you post a full picture?

if so they are about 50% or more of on there real world pricing. there price is not a grade & detail coin.just a raw estimate like the red book

No, I'm sorry it sould have been $18.00 which was around the last two sold on Heritage.

They are not uncommon wholesale dealer to dealer I would feel good about getting $3 to $7 in mint state and not graded - I have owned about 24 in mint state and still find them going through circ. wheats.
I would price a mint state (63 or below) one at $6 at my show. If it were a MS-66 or so now it would get more - it really depends on die state as much as anything.
